Led digital business transformations: responsible for Product, Agile and DevOps coaching from inception to production. Projects included OKR setting, Rapid Prototyping (High/Low), Agile Team Forming, DevOps/DevSecOps Value Stream Mapping, and Cultural Influence Workshops.

Advised senior leadership on global technology strategy: responsible for strategic direction, roadmaps, and innovation plans. Projects included Enterprise Cloud Services Transformation, Big Data Initiatives, Reservation System Re-platforming, AWS, GCP, and Azure Platform Planning, and Platform Engineering.

Designed next generation platforms: responsible for infrastructure transformation, platform service integration, enterprise cloud service portfolio, and enterprise messaging systems. Projects include Office 365 Migration, Gavel to Gate Process Improvement Program, Auction-In-A-Box, and Cox Automotive Founding.

Help establish and maintain global community, create security industry open source collateral, and co-author of The Purple Book.
